What You Can Expect from Your Personal Trainer 

In each personal training session, you have the full attention of your personal trainer. Your fitness trainer will be 100% focused on assisting you in achieving the correct technique when performing each exercise. 

Our members also receive personal training programs tailored to their individual health and fitness requirements to drive your fitness results.

Caity Allenby

Caity has been part of the fitness industry since 2014 and brings a passion for weightlifting, HIIT training and Reformer Pilates. With a Certificate IV in Fitness, Performance Level 2 in Personal Training and specialised Pre and Post Natal qualifications, supported by her own lived experience — Caity is equipped to help clients achieve their goals with confidence and support. Her true passion lies in empowering women through strength training, helping them understand the value of lifting and discover just how strong they really are.

With over 5 years of experience, Jackson has helped countless individuals transform their lifestyles, becoming fitter, healthier and more confident. Not only will Jackson guide you toward achieving your personal fitness goals, but he’ll also help you find the perfect balance between the gym and your everyday life.
