Premier & Premier Staying Active membership: Includes $0 admin fee and joining fee and paying nothing for the initial two (2) weeks, after which the weekly fee will be $27.70 per week for Premier Adult and $16.60 per week for Premier Staying Active.
Wellness & Wellness Staying Active membership: Includes $0 admin fee and joining fee and paying Premier membership rate for the initial four (4) weeks, after which the weekly fee will be $46.40 per week for Wellness Adult and $28.40 per week for Wellness Staying Active. -
